Certified Basic Measure - "just the numbers, please!"
This is your minimum package to be compliant with NCREC rules. This basic measure package includes measuring of everything under roof with a breakdown of all HLA and non-HLA areas. Your measure report will have all your numbers separated and identified for easy entry into Matrix. Decks, porches and patios are included at no additional fee. Click here to visit our sample page.

Floor Plans
Floor plan services may be added to your basic measure or ordered alone. Floor plans provide a detailed layout of the home with room sizes, and door and window locations. We do not offer floor plans on round houses or geodesic structures. Click here to visit our sample page.

Detailed Floor Plan Add-Ons
Detailed plan add-ons include precise measures and layout of the property with a floor plan. Includes in-depth detail on all doors, windows, ceiling and wall fixtures, plumbing locations and ceiling heights. Any other measurable items can be added ala carte. $100 - Door & Window Detail - The door and window detail to the "as-built" plan is a more in-depth and precise measures of doors and windows. While our basic floor plan displays generic doors and windows, this detail show precise dimensions of doors with widths and heights and distances off room corners. Window detail shows precise window types, length x widths, distance off room corners and distance above the room floor. The CAD source file for our architect or interior designer, is included. $100 - Electrical & Plumbing Detail - This detail add-on to the "as-built" plan will provide type and location of all electrical and plumbing fixtures. The CAD source file for our architect or interior designer, is included. Over 5000sf to 10000sf-add $25. Click here to visit our sample page
$50 - Kitchen Cabinet Detail - This detail add-on to the "as-built" plan will duplicate the actual kitchen cabinetry size and type. If applicable, an adjoining buffet will also be detailed.

Builder Plans/Blueprint Conversions
Plan conversions are a great option for agents with builder or architectural plans that are too large to upload into Matric. This service converts those plans into our standard floor plans format. With a full set of builder plans, we can also provide Plumbing & Electrical and Door & Window System Details.

$60 - Basic Conversion (Up tp 3000sf)
0.01/sf - All over 3000s
$50 - Add Door & Window Detail
$50 - Add Plumbing & Electrical Detail
Deed Plotting
For Deed Plotting, we take the written legal description from the property's deed and plot it into a visual. This will include all property lines, corners, angles and radii. The report will include total acreage within the plot, total square footage and total perimeter, based on the metes & bounds description. It also includes the approximate location of all structures on the property and their orientation. Click here to visit our sample page

BOMA
BOMA Standard Measure with delineation and demarcation of each measurable area type, with BOMA Standard Color Coding. Report includes Gross Build Area, Non-Rentable Area, Rentable Area, Useable Area, Vertical Penetrations, Floor Core Areas, Floor Common Areas, Building Common Areas and Building or Floor Load Factor. Parking lots or decks measure, with parking ratio and capacity determination, is also available. This service can be modified to fit your needs and a fee reduction will occur accordingly.
